Refund Policy​


Our policy lasts 3 business days. If 3 days have gone by since your product arrived, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

To return your product, you should ship your product to: Nechama 10, Tel-Aviv 6811538, Israel.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Damages on delivery must be documented and reported within 3 business days of receipt.

Ariel Zuckerman Studio will not be responsible for any repair or replacement of damaged goods reported after this time.

If damage has occurred during shipment, all packaging must be retained and the goods must be signed for either as ‘damaged’ or ‘not checked’. Failure to do so may invalidate any claim.


Reception of the products

1. Check for any visible damage to the packaging. If yes, report it immediately to the delivery man and on your shipping receipt.

2. Open the package and check the contents.

3. If there is any visible damage to the product, please document and notify us immediately with photos and your order number.


We are not responsible for the following:

1. Damage caused by incorrect cleaning solutions or methods.

2. Damage caused by incorrect installation or assembly by the customer or the   customer’s agent.

3. Damage caused by exposure to weather and poor environment.

4. Any cost of installation, removal or re-installation.

5. Restoration or repair work.

6.Any parts that purchased from other supplier for our lighting fixtures.
