Shipping Policy​

*Shipping is by EMS/UPS/DHL depends in destination country, we will provide trucking number at shipment.

*All prices are VAT excluded, and do not include import Duty that may accord in your country.

*The buyer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply, we are not responsible for delays that may happen due to customs.

*All prices are without shipping cost, shipping cost will calculate after filling the address form.

*Please allow us 20-40 business days for production after payment received, as products are made to order, we will do our best to make your order as soon as we can.

*Shipping can take from 3-10 business days depends in destination and currier.

*The mentioned delivery times is estimated, should there be a delay in customs or by holiday etc.  Studio Ariel Zuckerman is not responsible for any delay in delivery.

Late delivery will not result in a fine or compensation, and cannot be used as a reason to cancel the order.
